August 2023 — Two of my poems, “Edinburgh, Scotland, 2016” and “On My 25th Birthday,” and one of my drawings, “Rimbaud,” were accepted for publication in the upcoming issue of This Broken Shore.
July 2023 — I read poems from my book, I NEVER LEARNED TO PRAY, at the 9th Annual Long Branch Poetry Festival.
June 2023 — A months-long arts-based group social work series, which I designed and facilitated for Latinx survivors of domestic and sexual violence in partnership with the Violence Intervention Program and The Queens Museum, culminated with a moving showcase of their work at the museum.
